Nikes Shoe

The most loved of all the Air Jordan's, this shoe was on the feet of Michael when he won his first Championship Ring. Little fun fact = A boot version of this shoe was worn by Michael Keaton when he played Batman. Even super heroes love Air Jordan's!This shoe was one for the record books. Worn by Micheal Jordan in his second Championship season AND the Olympic Games in Barcelona, where the Dream Team won a gold medal. Bugs Bunny is even featured wearing these shoes, earning Micheal Jordan the nickname “Hare Jordan”.

Auckland Tornado

Yesterday afternoon on the North Shore in Albany at 3 O’clock there was a damaging tornado.The tornado twisted around Albany and damaged houses, shops, cars,and shops. It also left houses without roofs.
Cars were up side down like a big mean beast had lifted all the cars and thrown them.The tornado sounded like lightening that was so loud and thunderous.

Straw Tower

All of room 13made the straw tower to match our topic for term two which is bigger,better,faster,stronger.While we were building we were thinking how should we build our tower,and I said to Lee
“that we should make our tower to be a house that can fly like a helicopter.Lot of team work was building other stuff like the girls
and the boys that was at the back of the classroom,girls having a plan togive them ideas to try and make better than all
of us.We had all the materials so that we can use,we all challenge we all had enough straws.

Glee Performance

On Friday last week we watched an amazing Glee performance that was called the Point England Way. It was by some year fives to year eights. There were two performances and they were both fantastic. The first performance was a dance and drama about the Point England Way, and the second one was a rap, also about the Point England Way. Lots and lots of clapping and cheering coming from the audience while they are watching, meant that they must have enjoyed it. When the rap started it straight away became my favourite, because it was about our school korero like; Wear it with Pride, and Stop Look and Listen. I really liked their Glee performance.

Meteor

A meteor fly ed way up in the sky it lighted up the sky.It crashed in to Auckland .It was a size as a desk .It is a huge like a car.It was flashing in to the Auckland city.It fly ed from the space.It explored the city too! It landed at raglan as well ! It flashed like sonic.Some people where looking at the meteor.It was a big boom.

The Moon

The moon has no life. The moon has no air and no water. People wanted to
know what was on the moon. In 1969 some men went up to the moon, one half of the space ship went to the other side of the moon and the other landed on it. The men came back with some soil but nothing was in it.
